Located east of Augustana College at the corner of West 28th Street and South Summit Avenue, Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church serves Orthodox Christians in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and the surrounding area.

We are a parish of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Denver under the pastoral care and oversight of His Eminence Metropolitan Isaiah of Denver.

The Orthodox Church is not only for one nation, one civilization, one continent.

Visitors are always welcome at Transfiguration Orthodox Church! Please visit us in person as well as on the web. When you come, be sure to stay for the Fellowship Hour held in the church basement after every Sunday Liturgy. There, you’ll enjoy refreshments and conversation with our priests and parishioners and have opportunity to learn more about the Orthodox Christian Faith.
